Shipping and Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yuletide Joy. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.
Please keep this as proof of purchase
2. Shipping Processing time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders begin processing within 3-5 business days. We endeavour to keep the website notification of handcrafting timeframe current and as accurate as possible. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.
3. Shipment Locations
All products are shipped from our local address in Beeac.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from date of shipment, rather than date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Delivery is through third party Australia Post, and we are therefore subject to their delivery times. It is estimated delivery to be 5-10 business days from shipping.
5. Tracking options.
Yuletide Joy aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are applied to international orders at the discretion of the country the item is being shipped to. The payment of said duties and taxes relies solely on the consumer and not Yuletide Joy.
7. Damages
If there are any damages to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately at admin@yuletidejoy.com.au
8. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Yuletide Joy politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please look around and let us know if you find it.
If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at admin@yuletidejoy.com.au to report a missing or lost package.
9. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
a. Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened packages, Return Shipping is paid for at the consumer’s expense.
b. We offer repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer law. If the item is damages, please contact us at admin@yuletidejoy.com.au with a picture attached and a description of the issue with your product.
c. Please note we do not offer an exchange for change of mind.
Please note our products are not a toy and are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Some of our products are purely decorative and may contain many small pins. Handle with care.
